NPR-3000 Series

Nowadays, Due to the increase in the amount of information, finer pitch is required for COF substrates.
NPR-3000 series is thermosetting type for COF that has excellent electrical reliability.

  • It is a low temperature thermosetting type (120°C) and is compatible with the pre-tin plating process.
