我司的NPR-3000系列是具有高信赖性的COF热固化型油墨。

特征

  • 可以对应20um以下的超Fine Pitch，同时具有优越的电气信赖性
  • 低温固化Type(120度)，并且适用于先镀Sn工程
  • 满足Halogen free・RoHS指令
  • 有优异的耐弯折性
  • 固化后几乎不发生翘曲
  • 具有能对应Fine Pitch线路的低Bleeding性能
